Is HamroEstate free to use?
Yes. Browsing, searching, and listing properties on HamroEstate is completely free. We do not charge commissions or hidden fees on transactions.
How do I list my property?
Once you sign in to your account, click on the '+ List Property' button in the navigation bar. Fill in the details, upload clear images, and set your price. Your listing will go live immediately.
How do I report a suspicious or scam listing?
If you spot a listing with unrealistic pricing, fake images, or suspicious contact details, click on the 3 dots and click on report option to report the listing. We will investigate and take down fraudulent listings as soon as possible.
Can I contact landlords or sellers directly?
Absolutely. HamroEstate is a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We do not act as middlemen. You can contact listing owners directly via the contact info provided on their property page.
How can I edit or delete my active listings?
Go to your Profile dashboard. Under 'My Listings', you can update the pricing, edit the description, mark the property as sold, or delete the listing entirely at any time.
