The mandatory technical and behavioral agreements required to access or list properties on HamroEstate.
1. Acceptance of Platform Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or publishing data on HamroEstate, you explicitly agree to remain bound by these operational terms, our platform posting rules, and our technical routing policies. If you do not accept these constraints, you are prohibited from utilizing the services.
2. Account Security & Verification Integrity
You are solely responsible for protecting your session keys, account security tokens, and passwords. Any data mutation, property listing creation, or administrative changes originating from your credentials will be classified as actions taken directly by you. Providing fraudulent identification data during signup will cause immediate termination.
3. Prohibited Marketplace Manipulations
You are strictly forbidden from writing automated extraction programs (web scrapers), launching stress vectors to disrupt server availability, or deploying scripts to circumvent our Upstash Redis rate-limiting blocks. Flooding the database cluster with fake listings or repeating uniform requests to bypass UI timeouts will trigger permanent firewall locks.
4. True Status of Platform Responsibility
HamroEstate acts entirely as an open, full-stack architectural directory connecting listing publishers with prospective property buyers or renters. We do not inspect physical property dimensions, hold legal titles, verify local boundary clearances, or handle cash exchanges. All real estate validation, legal document checking (Lalpurja), and transaction execution remain the exclusive liability of the contracting parties.
5. Account Revocation Rules
We preserve the total administrative right to flag, modify, hide, or permanently purge listing payloads and user profiles at our structural discretion if database entries are found to violate site guidelines, display scam intent, or intentionally inject malicious structures into the platform framework.
