Posting Rules
Strict requirements for listing properties to ensure a high-quality, scam-free marketplace on HamroEstate.
1. Accurate & Transparent Pricing
Always post the actual total price of the property. Speculative, placeholder pricing (like '1 Rs'), hidden developer fees, or fake negotiable baits designed to hijack search rankings are strictly prohibited.
2. Verified Property Images Only
Upload actual, high-resolution photographs of the physical space. Using generic stock photos, architectural 3D renders passed off as completed structures, or watermarked imagery stolen from other platforms will result in an immediate post deletion.
3. No Duplicate Listings
You may list a specific unit or plot of land exactly once. Deleting and re-posting the same property multiple times a week to force it to the top of the feed is monitored and automatically restricted by our platform rate limits.
4. Clear Documentation & Title Status
You must clearly state whether the property has a clean title, clear road access numbers, and all family ownership clearances. Misrepresenting land measurements or building specifications violates our user trust guidelines.
5. Active Account Integrity
Listings must be managed by the actual owner or an explicitly authorized representative. Providing dead contact numbers, ignoring verification requests, or listing properties that have already been sold or leased will lead to permanent account suspension.
How We Enforce These Rules
Our platform balances system heuristics with manual reports. Violations result in listing teardowns, and repeated attempts to exploit listing feeds will trigger permanent backend account bans.
